• Post: Finance Professional (on contract) (Candidate may be placed as CFO in PGInvIT IPAs)

• Tenure: 04 Years (Contractual, extendable based on performance)

• Posting Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – both offline & online work)

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• CMA passed

• Proficiency in MS Office & Windows

Experience

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification (Internship/Training/Teaching not counted)

Areas of Experience Required

• Finalization of Ind AS Financials & knowledge of Indian Taxation

• Funds & Finance Management (cash flow, treasury, disbursement, bookkeeping)

• Strategic financial planning & adaptability to computerized systems

Age Limit

• Maximum: 30 years (Born on or after 31.08.1995)

🔹 Salary & Benefits

💰 Remuneration (CTC – Lumpsum):

• 1st Year: ₹70,000/month

• 2nd Year: ₹76,000/month

• 3rd Year: ₹82,500/month

• 4th Year: ₹89,500/month

📌 Other Benefits:

• 12 Casual Leave + 10 Sick Leave per year

• OPD Reimbursement: ₹30,000 per annum (self, spouse, 2 children)

• Medical Insurance: ₹5 lakh coverage (self, spouse, 2 children)
