Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager (E-2):
-
CA or CMA, OR
-
2-year full-time MBA in Finance (Finance specialization only)
(General MBA / Dual specialization not eligible)

Chief Manager (E-6):
-
Same qualification as above with higher experience requirement

Experience Requirement
-
Assistant Manager (E-2): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience

Chief Manager (E-6): Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience
👉 Experience should be in Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Taxation, preferably in PSU / large organization

Yes, only 2-year full-time MBA with Finance specialization is eligible.

No. Only fully qualified CA or CMA candidates are eligible.
Q3. Is this recruitment for freshers?
No. This is for experienced professionals only.
Q4. What is the selection process for Finance & Accounts?
Scrutiny → Interview (CBT may be conducted if required).
