Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / ICMA / CS

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Tally software, Excel, and Data Analytics

Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities

The selected Young Professionals will assist in the Finance & Accounts Department with key responsibilities including:

• Verification of registers, ledgers, and documents

• Processing of Finance & Accounts cases

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements, Bills, and Vouchers

• Monitoring of expenditure and fund assignment to museums

• Preparation of Reports, Statements, Budgets, UCs, and SoEs

• PFMS Mapping, MIS Preparation, and Record Management

• Coordination with Museums & Ministry of Culture

Tenure of Engagement

• The engagement is purely contractual for 1 year, extendable by one more year based on performance and requirement.

• The position does not confer any right to regular employment in NCSM.

Working Conditions

• Full-time engagement; no other assignment allowed during tenure.

• May be required to work on weekends/holidays if needed.

• TA/DA admissible as per Level–5 officials for official travel.

• Entitled to 12 days leave per year (pro-rata basis).

• Not entitled to HRA, medical, or other allowances.
