1. For Lateral Finance Posts (DGM, AGM, Sr. Manager, Manager)

• Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and experience.

• Personal Interview as the final stage of selection.

• Weightage given to quality of professional experience and domain expertise.

• Shortlisting ratio: 1:15 (subject to availability).

2. For Trainee Officer (Finance)

• Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Stage 2: Personal Interview

• Final Merit List = 80% CBT Marks + 20% Interview Marks.

The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be of 150 questions, 150 marks, 2 hours duration.

Section I – Domain Knowledge (Finance)

• 90 Questions | 90 Marks
