Educational Qualification

1️⃣ Senior Manager (Finance)

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Full-time 2 years course with minimum 60% marks

• Note: Dual specialization or General MBA not eligible

• Experience: Mid-management level experience, preferably in SAP/ERP environment

2️⃣ Deputy Manager (HR)

• Qualification: Full-time MBA/MSW/PG Diploma (min 2 years) in HRM / Personnel Management / IR with minimum 60% marks

• Desirable: Degree in Law (LLB)

• Experience: Post-qualification experience in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliances, Policy framing, etc.
