Vacancy Details

THDC is recruiting Executives in E-2 Grade in the following disciplines:

Executive (Finance) – 15 Posts

Educational Qualifications & Essential Experience

Executive (Finance)	CA/CMA Qualified	Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts

Age Limit

The upper age limit for all posts is 30 years as of 12.02.2025.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Salary & Benefits

Pay Scale: ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 (IDA Scale)
Probation Period: 1 year
Perks & Allowances:
- 35% of basic pay as per company policy
- Performance-related pay
- House Rent Allowance/Company Leased Accommodation
- Medical benefits, Group Insurance, PF, NPS, Gratuity, Post-Retirement Medical Benefits, and Loans

Selection Process

The selection process varies based on the number of applicants for each post.

1. If applicants per postcode are LESS than 50:

Personal Interview (100% weightage)
Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): 50%
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: 40%

2. If applicants per post code are MORE than 50:

Computer-Based Test (CBT) + Personal Interview
CBT Details:
- Duration: 150 minutes (2.5 hours)
- Total Questions: 150 (General Awareness - 15, Reasoning - 15, Discipline-Specific - 120)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer
- Qualifying Marks:
  - UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): 50%
  - SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: 40%
Final Selection:
- CBT Score - 75% Weightage
- Interview - 25% Weightage

SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Project Affected Families: No Fee
