🎓 Eligibility Criteria

For Officer Trainee (Finance):

• Must have passed CA / ICWA (CMA).

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on 05.11.2025.

For Officer Trainee (Company Secretary):

• Must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on 05.11.2025.

Age relaxations apply as per Govt. of India norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates.

💰 Salary & Compensation

During Training	Officer Trainee	₹40,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks	₹11 lakh p.a.
After Training	Officer (E2 Grade)	₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)	₹22.5 lakh p.a.

Additional benefits include Performance Pay, Company Accommodation/HRA, Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Pension, and Group Insurance.

🧾 Service Bond

• General/OBC (NCL)/EWS: ₹5,00,000

• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹2,50,000

• Minimum 3 years of service after training.

🧠 Selection Process

The selection process comprises Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by Group Discussion (GD), Behavioral Assessment, and Personal Interview.

📘 CBT Pattern

EAT includes: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Data Interpretation.

  • UR/EWS: 40% overall (30% each in PKT & EAT)

  • Reserved: 30% overall (25% each in PKT & EAT)
