🧠 Stage 3 – Behavioral (Psychometric) Assessment

  • Conducted prior to the interview.

  • A psychological evaluation of personality, leadership traits, and managerial aptitude.

  • Used as an input during the interview process.


👔 Stage 4 – Personal Interview

  • Conducted in English or Hindi (as per the candidate’s choice).

  • Tests technical knowledge, confidence, attitude, and communication.
