The required experience covers areas such as financial management, budgeting, accounts, taxation, banking, credit appraisal, loan and recovery management, risk management, ERP implementation and regulatory compliance.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Salary and CTC

HUDCO offers IDA pay scales for the advertised executive positions:

• E-5: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
• E-4: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
• E-3: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000

The recruitment advertisement separately specifies minimum CTC criteria for eligibility for each post, while the compensation section gives approximate annual CTC based on the applicable components. The approximate annual CTC is ₹30.47 lakh for E-5, ₹26.66 lakh for E-4 and ₹22.13 lakh for E-3.
