🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Dy. Company Secretary

• Qualification: ACS/FCS (ICSI). Additional qualification in Law (LLB/LLM/CMA/CA) desirable.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification as Asst. Company Secretary in Govt./PSU/Company of repute.

• Age Limit: 45 years.

• Pay: ₹1,64,000/- per month + allowances.

Assistant Company Secretary

• Qualification: ACS/FCS (ICSI). Additional qualification in Law (LLB/LLM/CMA/CA) desirable.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in secretarial compliance.

• Age Limit: 40 years.

• Pay: ₹1,06,250/- per month + allowances.

👉 Proficiency in Kannada (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.

🔹 Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility.

• Selection will be through an interview by a committee constituted by the competent authority.

• Final selection will depend on performance in the interview.
