Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Miniratna Category-I, Public Sector Enterprise, was incorporated in the year 1970 under the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. A pioneer in the manufacture of Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, today, BDL has evolved as a conglomerate, manufacturing ATGMs of later generations, Strategic Weapons, Launchers, Underwater Weapons, Decoys and Test Equipments. The customers of the Organization are all three wings of the Armed Forces, Government of India. Applications are invited form eligible Indian Nationals for filling-up the following positions on contract (temporary) basis. Selected candidates will be posted to any of the Units/ Offices of the Company i.e. at Corporate Office, Hyderabad or Kanchanbagh Unit, Hyderabad or Bhanur Unit, Sangareddy District, Telangana or Visakhapatnam Unit, Andhra Pradesh or Ibrahimpatnam Unit, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana or Liaison Office, New Delhi or new upcoming project locations across India as per requirement of the Company.

Post Details

1. Trainee Officer (Finance)

• Eligibility:

  • CMA (Cost Management Accountancy), CA (Chartered Accountancy) OR

  • MBA / PG Diploma / PG Degree in Finance (2-year full-time course from a Govt.-recognized institution)

• Age Limit: 28 years (UR), relaxations for OBC/SC as per govt norms

• Pay Scale:

  • 1st Year: ₹29,500/month

  • 2nd Year: ₹32,500/month

  • 3rd Year: ₹35,500/month

  • 4th Year: ₹38,500/month

  • Plus ₹10,000/year as allowance (medical, attire, footwear etc.)

• Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable up to 4 years + 4 years (subject to performance)

2. Trainee Assistant (Finance)

• Eligibility:

  • Degree in Commerce / Business Administration (Finance specialization) with minimum 6-month computer course, OR

  • Intermediate with CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter, OR

  • Any degree in Science / Economics with 1-year diploma in Financial Management + 6-month computer course

• Age Limit: Same as above

• Pay Scale:

  • 1st Year: ₹24,500/month

  • 2nd Year: ₹26,000/month

  • 3rd Year: ₹27,500/month

  • 4th Year: ₹29,000/month

  • Plus ₹10,000/year as allowance

Selection Process

• Written Test (Computer Based Test - CBoT):

  • 100 Questions: Domain-specific

  • 20 Questions: General Aptitude (Reasoning, Quant, English)

  • Duration: 2 Hours

  • Weightage: Written Test (85%) + Interview (15%)

• Interview: Only shortlisted candidates (1:7 to 1:10 ratio) will be called

• Test Centres: Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam
