🎓 Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
  OR

• Qualified Cost Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI

• Must be a valid member of the respective institute

💼 Experience Requirement

• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience

• Out of which 3 years at Senior Managerial Level (GM & above)

• Experience should include:

  • Final Accounts & Budgetary Control

  • GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT Compliance

  • Audits (Statutory, CAG, Cost, Internal, Tax)

  • Working Capital Management

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • ERP Systems (SAP preferred)

Preference will be given to candidates from Aviation Industry/PSUs

• ₹2,00,000 per month (Consolidated)

• Annual increment of ₹3,500 after completion of one year

🧾 Job Responsibilities

The CFO will be responsible for:

• Complete financial operations PAN India

• Statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC etc.)

• Audit coordination (CAG, Statutory, Internal)

• Risk Management implementation

• Financial reporting to CEO/Board

• Working on IATA platform, GeM, TReDS

• Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Annual Financial Statements

• Fixed asset verification
