AAI Western Region is inviting applications for the following posts:
The recruitment is open to candidates from General, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Ex-Agniveer categories as per the reservation rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Senior Assistant (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English with translation experience or equivalent qualification.
- Senior Assistant (Operations): Graduate with a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) License; preference given to candidates with a Diploma in Management.
- Senior Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (preferably B.Com) with knowledge of MS Office and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Junior Assistant (Fire Services): 12th Pass (Regular) OR 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire; valid driving license required.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years as of 24th March 2025
- Age relaxation applies for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Agniveers, AAI employees, and women candidates (as per government norms).
Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) - Questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude, and Subject-Specific Topics.
- Skill Test/Trade Test (as applicable)
- Physical Measurement & Endurance Test (for Fire Services)
- Document Verification
Salary & Benefits
